Protect yourself from scams

As with all the ways to earn money online, there are various scam sites that present themselves as legitimate PTC sites. Here are a few ways to recognise that a site is a scam:

1. Default layout - Sites with default layout show us that the owner only wants to get money and doesn't care about the site looks. If you see a site with default or slightly changed layout and the same text as everywhere, it's a scam.

2. Free hosts and free domains - If someone doesn't have the money to buy a domain or hosting he won't pay you. Simple!

3. Default TOS (Terms of Service) - If a site doesn't have it's own rules, it doesn't care if you break them. It will break them too and won't pay you.

4. Don´t have a forum - If the site doesn´t have a forum where is members can talk and share opinions problably it´s a scam

EASY WAY - Talkptc Toolbar

This is all true, but there is a trick that can simplifie a lot all of this. The site Talkptc is always and constantly analizing Ptc sites to find, what sites are scams. For example "site x" last month could be paying, but if a user of talkptc didn´t get paid he will give the "alert" and the site will be re analized by talkptc. The comunity of Talkptc is huge and so, this way it becomes easy to not get scamed! In the worst situation you will only get cheated during a few days, that´s the time Talkptc normaly takes to figure the scams.

There is still another big help that Talkptc offers us. If you use firefox you can install their toolbar. This is great, it´s "the best friend you could get". Imagine you have the toolbar installed and you go or visit any ptc site, the bar tells automatically if you are on a trusted, under review or scam site. THIS IS SUPERB!! Even better, the toolbar can automatically update itself. This way you will never be a victim of scam Ptc sites again. You won´t loose any more money or time.
